My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is top-notch, right in the heart of the historic area of St Gallen. The rooms, though situated outside the main building, were cozy and well-equipped. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. However, the dining experience could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.

I stayed on the top floor with a common shower and toilette, facing the charming pedestrian street. The room featured a huge, comfortable double bed, TV, sink, hairdryer, and even fluffy white bathrobes. It was a unique setup but very pleasant and cozy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even lent us a charging cable, which was a lifesaver! Their extra effort to provide tourist information when the office was closed was truly commendable.

The location couldn't have been better for exploring the historical area of St Gallen. Being in a pedestrian zone near the train station and close to the Stiftsbibliothek and the Monastery made getting around so convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service may have been slightly different from what I expected, but the staff was kind and friendly, assisting me with public transport and offering a warm welcome. The location was fabulous, right in the historic center of Sankt Gallen, offering a splendid view over the old town. The dining experience was delightful with a buffet full of delicious options. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
